These Terms of Service apply to purchases from and use of the Custom Print Depot website. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Online Store Terms

You must be the age of majority in your province, state or country of residence, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.

You may not use our products or services for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.

Products and Personalization

Custom Print Depot produces personalized and made-to-order products using customer-supplied photographs, artwork, text and other personalization details.

Customers are responsible for reviewing:

Product selection
Size and colour
Names, dates, spelling and other text
Photographs and artwork
Cropping and positioning
Personalization previews or proofs
Delivery information

An order may enter production shortly after it is submitted. Changes and cancellations are only available before personalization or production begins.

Customer-Supplied Content

By uploading or submitting photographs, artwork, logos, text or other content, you confirm that:

You own the content or have permission to use it
The content does not violate another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights
The content is not unlawful, threatening, hateful, abusive or otherwise prohibited
Custom Print Depot may use the content as necessary to produce and fulfil your order

You retain ownership of your customer-supplied content. You grant Custom Print Depot a limited permission to reproduce, modify, crop, format and print that content solely for order production, customer service and fulfilment.

Custom Print Depot may refuse or cancel an order containing content that appears unlawful, infringing, harmful or inappropriate. If production has not started, any applicable payment for the refused item will be refunded.

Product Appearance

Colours displayed on monitors, phones and other screens may differ from printed colours. Materials and printing processes may also produce minor variations in colour, texture, placement and finish.

These reasonable production variations are not considered defects.

Product photographs, previews and mockups are intended to provide a reasonable representation of the finished product but may not show every minor production variation.

Pricing and Payment

Prices, product availability and promotions may change without notice.

The price and applicable shipping charges displayed during checkout are the amounts that apply to the order. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order is accepted for production.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product-description or availability errors. If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact the customer before proceeding whenever reasonably possible.

Order Acceptance

Receiving an order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

Custom Print Depot may cancel or limit an order because of:

Product or material availability
Pricing or listing errors
Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
Prohibited customer content
Production limitations
Delivery restrictions

If an order is cancelled by Custom Print Depot before production, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Cancellations and Order Changes

Customers must contact support@customprintdepot.com immediately to request an order change or cancellation.

Changes and cancellations are only possible before personalization or production begins. Once production has started, personalized orders cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded unless they are damaged, defective or incorrect.

Shipping and Delivery

Production and shipping timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address. Additional charges may apply if an order must be redirected or shipped again because of an incorrect or incomplete customer-supplied address.

International customers are responsible for applicable import duties, brokerage charges, taxes and destination-country requirements unless those charges were specifically collected during checkout.

Refunds and Replacements

Personalized and made-to-order products are generally final sale.

Damaged, defective or incorrect products must be reported to support@customprintdepot.com within seven calendar days of delivery.

Eligibility for replacements, corrections or refunds is governed by our Refund and Replacement Policy.

Website Information

We try to ensure that product descriptions, pricing, images and other website information are accurate. However, occasional errors, omissions or outdated information may occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors and update information without notice.

Third-Party Services

The website may use or link to third-party services such as payment processors, personalization tools and shipping carriers.

Custom Print Depot is not responsible for third-party websites, services or policies. Use of those services may also be subject to the third party’s own terms and privacy practices.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the website to:

Violate any law or regulation
Infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights
Upload malicious code
Attempt unauthorized access
Interfere with website security
Submit false or misleading information
Harass, threaten or harm another person
Place fraudulent orders

We may suspend access, refuse service or cancel an order when these terms are violated.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Custom Print Depot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of the website, delayed delivery or use of a product.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Privacy

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Customer content and order information may be shared with service providers only as necessary to process payment, produce orders, operate personalization tools, provide customer service and arrange delivery.

Changes to These Terms

Custom Print Depot may update these Terms of Service when business practices, website features or legal requirements change.

The current version will be posted on the website with its effective date. Changes apply to website use and orders placed after the revised terms are published.
